Shipping and Returns
Cheeta Teamwear’s custom made-to-order beanies are manufactured in ~4-5 weeks. Need something quicker? Utilise our ‘off-the-rack’ selection of wholesale supplier logos, decorated with your logo in just 2-3 weeks.
Your custom beanies order will be shipped using reputable carriers such as TNT, StarTrack, Border Express and Capital Transport. Shipping is charged at cost from our warehouse in Nunawading VIC to your postcode. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once the items have been shipped from our warehouse so that you can track the shipment. If your order is to be shipped with a same-day courier (you are located within ~40km of our Nunawading office), you will receive notification from us before it is booked in for collection. Located close to our warehouse? You can also opt to ‘click and collect’ your custom beanie order from our warehouse free of charge.
As your custom beanies are personalised to your brand, we are unable to offer refunds. Should you have an issue with your order, please raise it with your dedicated account manager as soon as possible, and we will do what we can to rectify the situation and ensure your customer satisfaction.

The minimums for the custom woven beanies are 50 units.

How long do custom beanies take to make?
The standard lead time for custom beanies is approximately 4-5 weeks from the order being placed.
Looking for a shorter turnaround? We can offer 'off-the-rack' local wholesaler styles in 2-3 weeks. These are less customisable but are personalised to your branding.
Do you offer multiple beanie sizes, or is it one-size-fits-all?
We offer one-size-fits-all sizing, as well as a specialty kids’ size on request. Our beanie sizing is unisex and our standard size fits anyone from 5 years old and up! If you are interested in kids’ sizing, reach out and we can discuss your requirements.
What Materials Are Cheeta Teamwear Custom Beanies Made From?
Our custom beanies are made from warm acrylic and come in two options. Acrylic is hypoallergenic, unlike wool, and is more resistant to stretching and misshaping.
You can select your preferred knit finish from:
- standard knit
- ribbed knit
Do I need to have a pom pom on my beanies?
Pom poms are one of the last production steps in making your beanies. Let us know if you prefer your beanies without a pom pom and we can ensure this is represented on your free mock-up design and order.
