We also offer our catalogue-style T-shirts, which can be embroidered or printed with your logo and delivered within just two weeks! These T-shirts are available in a variety of colours and sizes, making them an ideal choice for promoting your brand at events, corporate functions, or team activities. Our efficient production process ensures that you receive high-quality, customised apparel quickly, helping you meet tight deadlines and showcase your brand with pride.
Shipping and Returns
Custom Sublimated Tees take 4-5 for production.
Your sublimated t-shirt order will be shipped using reputable carriers such as TNT, StarTrack, Border Express and Capital Transport. Shipping is charged at cost from our warehouse in Nunawading VIC to your postcode. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once the items have been shipped from our warehouse so that you can track the shipment. If your order is to be shipped with a same-day courier (you are located within ~40km of our Nunawading office), you will receive notification from us before it is booked in for collection. Are you local to the Nunawading, 3131 area? You can also opt to ‘click and collect’ your custom sublimated tees order from our warehouse free of charge.
As your order of custom sublimated t-shirts is personalised to your brand, we are unable to offer refunds. Should you have an issue with your order, please raise it with your dedicated account manager as soon as possible, and we will do what we can to rectify the situation and ensure your customer satisfaction.

Where are your custom t-shirts decorated?
Our fully custom tees are manufactured overseas. We also have t-shirt options decorated locally where we have a number of decoration techniques to customise a plain, locally held tee.
How many logos and colours can I have?
For our fully custom, sublimated tees, the colours and logos are only limited by space on the garment. There are no extra costs for adding logos or colours.
For locally decorated and custom overseas, non-sublimated options, depending on decoration type, logos may be more limited and will be charged per logo or per colour.
We will be fully transparent in any additional costs per logo, and will recommend the best option to suit.
What are the local decoration options?
For our local custom t-shirts, we can offer embroidery, screenprint, powerprint, digital transfer. All options have a unique look and positive and negatives. We will work with you to find the best decoration method to support your custom designed t-shirt. Read our blog on different decoration types.
How long will my custom t-shirts take to make?
For the fully custom-made t-shirts, manufactured overseas, the standard production time is 4-5 weeks. If are looking to meet a deadline, feel free to give us a call to see if we can meet it. For the locally decorated custom t-shirts, the production time is only 2-3 weeks!
What will my custom t-shirt be made from?
We have a number of fabrics at different weights and thickness for our fully custom, overseas tees. We will work with you to make sure the fabric used will suit your specific sport or business’s utility. Both locally and overseas, there are a variety of fabrics on offer!

How much will it cost?
Being a fully custom t-shirt, the cost depends on the order size and detail required. Contact us and we can provide a custom quote. Rest assured our costs include all setup and design, so you won't be surprised with any extras!
How do I care for my t-shirts?
Take good care of your sublimated tees with these care tips!
- Avoid Velcro as much as possible to extend the life of the garments.
- Wash inside out on a cold-water gentle cycle with mild detergent.
- Do not use bleach and avoid fabric softener when washing.
- Dry outside on a clothesline or inside on a clotheshorse.
- Avoid ironing, but if necessary – no steam, low setting and only on the inside of the garment with a towel between the iron and the uniform to protect the garment.
- Do you have some extra stinky shirts that won't budge in a normal wash cycle? Add in a soak for at least an hour in cold water with some mild detergent.
