Shipping and Returns
Custom Trucker Hats take 5-6 weeks for production.
Your custom trucker hat order will be shipped using reputable carriers such as TNT, StarTrack, Border Express and Capital Transport. Shipping is charged at cost from our warehouse in Nunawading VIC to your postcode. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once the items have been shipped from our warehouse so that you can track the shipment. If your order is to be shipped with a same-day courier (you are located within ~40km of our Nunawading office), you will receive notification from us before it is booked in for collection. Are you local to the Nunawading, 3131 area? You can also opt to ‘click and collect’ your trucker hat order from our warehouse free of charge.
As your custom trucker hats order is personalised to your brand, we are unable to offer refunds. Should you have an issue with your order, please raise it with your dedicated account manager as soon as possible, and we will do what we can to rectify the situation and ensure your customer satisfaction.

Where are your custom trucker hats made?
Our fully custom trucker hats are manufactured overseas. If you’re in the market for something Australian supplied and decorated, we have plenty of custom trucker hat options to suit your needs. These aren’t as customisable as our overseas supplied custom trucker hats but are a good local alternative.
How do I place an order for custom trucker hats?

What colours and detailing's can I have for my custom trucker hats?
Whilst our Custom Trucker Hats don’t have as much customisation as other products such as polos or t-shirts, we have a number of colours to match your club or business. If you have a pantone colour, let us know and we can match it to the front cotton, the back mesh and the sizing strap.
What is the minimum order for custom trucker hats?
The minimum order for our Custom Trucker Hats is 60 units. Unlike other core products such as custom beanies, custom trucker hats are produced in batches of 12, hence the need for a minimum order quantity of 60!
How long will my custom trucker hats take to make?
As they are manufactured overseas, our custom trucker hats take approximately 5 weeks from order to delivery. Throughout the process there will be sign-off points, to make sure you are getting exactly what you ordered. Our packing team and your Account Manager, will also stay in touch throughout, to keep you updated at every step of the process!
