Utilising stock hoodies from local suppliers, we then decorate with your logo right here in Melbourne. Options are slightly more limited in terms of design and colour options; however, these custom hoodies are fantastic for an easy win and are popular with tradies and small businesses. Shipping and Returns
Local hoodies take ~2-3 weeks for decoration. Custom-made overseas hoodies take ~6-8 weeks for manufacturing.
Your custom hoodie order will be shipped using reputable carriers such as TNT, StarTrack, Border Express and Capital Transport. Shipping is charged at cost from our warehouse in Nunawading VIC to your postcode. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once the items have been shipped from our warehouse so that you can track the shipment. If your order is to be shipped with a same-day courier (you are located within ~40km of our Nunawading office), you will receive notification from us before it is booked in for collection. Are you local to the Nunawading, 3131 area? You can also opt to ‘click and collect’ your custom hoodie order from our warehouse free of charge.
As your custom hoodie order is personalised to your brand, we are unable to offer refunds. Should you have an issue with your order, please raise it with your dedicated account manager as soon as possible, and we will do what we can to rectify the situation and ensure your customer satisfaction.

Whether you choose our overseas manufacturing or opt for local customisation, rest assured that we maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
How many logos and colours can I have on my custom hoodie?
Our sublimated hoodies offer endless possibilities, limited only by available space on the garment. Add as many logos and colours as you like, with no extra costs. However, logo and colour options may be more limited for locally decorated and custom overseas non-sublimated hoodies, with additional charges per logo or colour.
