Shipping And Returns
Locally decorated jackets take 2-3 weeks for decoration. Custom-made overseas jackets take 6-8 weeks for manufacturing.
Your custom jackets order will be shipped using reputable carriers such as TNT, StarTrack, Border Express and Capital Transport. Shipping is charged at cost from our warehouse in Nunawading VIC to your postcode. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once the items have been shipped from our warehouse so that you can track the shipment. If your order is to be shipped with a same-day courier (you are located within ~40km of our Nunawading office), you will receive notification from us before it is booked in for collection. Are you located near Nunawading, 3131 area? You can also opt to ‘click and collect’ your custom jackets order from our warehouse free of charge.
As your custom jackets order is personalised to your brand, we are unable to offer refunds. Should you have an issue with your order, please raise it with your dedicated account manager as soon as possible, and we will do what we can to rectify the situation and ensure your customer satisfaction.

Where are your custom shorts decorated?
Our fully custom shorts are manufactured overseas. We also have short options locally decorated with several decoration techniques to customise them with.
How many logos and colours can I have?
For our fully custom sublimated shorts, the colours and logos are only limited by space on the garment. There are no extra costs for adding logos or colours. However, for locally decorated shorts, depending on the decoration type, logos may be more limited and will be charged per logo or per colour. We will be fully transparent in any additional costs per logo and
will recommend the best option to suit your budget and requirements.
What Are The Local Decoration Options?
For our local custom shorts, we can offer embroidery, screen printing, direct to garment printing and digital transfer. All options have a unique look and advantages and disadvantages to consider. We
will work with you to find the best decoration method to support your custom designed shorts. Read our blog on different decoration methods here.
How long will my custom shorts take to make?
For the fully custom-made shorts, manufactured overseas, the
standard production time is 4-5 weeks. If are looking to meet a deadline, feel free to give us a call to see if we can meet it. For locally decorated custom shorts, the production time is only 2-3 weeks!
What fabrics are your custom shorts made from?
We have a number of fabrics at different weights, thickness
and stretch-factor for our fully custom sublimated shorts. We will work with you based on what you intend to use the shorts for to ensure the fabric will suit. Both locally and overseas, there are a variety of fabrics on offer!
How much will my custom shorts cost?
Being a custom item, the cost depends on order size and detail required. Contact us with your requirements and we can provide
a custom quote. Rest assured, our costs include all setup and design, so you won’t be surprised with any extras!

How do I care for my custom shorts?
The last thing you want to happen when designing and ordering a custom pair of shorts is to have it accidentally damaged from not knowing the care instructions.
While our uniforms are built to last and are made with high-quality fabrics, knowing correct care instructions can mean the difference in your custom shorts looking great for 5 years or 15 years!
- Avoid Velcro and friction as much as possible to extend the life of the garments.
- Wash inside out on a cold-water gentle cycle with mild detergent.
- Do not use bleach and avoid fabric softener when washing.
- Dry outside on a clothesline or inside on a clotheshorse.
- Avoid ironing, but if necessary – no steam, low setting and only on the inside of the garment with a towel between the iron and the uniform to protect the garment.
Do you have some extra stinky uniforms that won't budge in a normal wash cycle? Add in a soak for at least an hour in cold water with some mild detergent.
