Shipping and Returns
Cheeta Teamwear’s custom event merchandise have varying
manufacturing times depending on the product. Check specific lead times for the products you are ordering with your account manager before finalising your order to ensure it meets your deadlines.
Your custom event merchandise order will be shipped using reputable carriers such as TNT, StarTrack, Border Express and Capital Transport. Shipping is charged at cost from our warehouse in Nunawading VIC to your postcode. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once the items have been
shipped from our warehouse so that you can track the shipment. If your order is to be shipped with a same-day courier (you are located within ~40km of our Nunawading office), you will receive notification from us before it is booked in for collection. Located close to our warehouse? You can also opt to ‘click and
collect’ your custom event merchandise from our warehouse free of charge.
As your event merchandise is personalised to your branding, we are unable to offer refunds. Should you have an issue with your order, please raise it with your dedicated account manager as soon as possible, and we will do what we can to rectify the situation and ensure your customer satisfaction.

Can you match to branding guidelines?
Cheeta have worked with many companies who have strict branding guidelines, including the Australian Grand Prix Corporation. If you’ve got branding guidelines to adhere to, send them through to us and we will create you a unique design that incorporates all your key branding features.
Do you have discounts for bulk orders?
