FAQS

Can I import my own design or logo?

Logos in JPG, JPEG, PNG and SVG can all be uploaded into the DYO Tool. Further information relating to logos and the DYO Tool can be found here.

Who do I contact if I have issues with the design tool?

If you need help using the DYO Tool – one of our Account Managers can help you through the process! You can either call the office(03) 7017 1972or drop an email to sales@cheetateamwear.com.au and one of the team can help.

Can I preview my design before finalising the order?

Yes – you can see your design before finalising at the checkout. For products that have custom names, you will be able to click through each name and number to ensure you’re happy with the way the name fills out the garment. You will also be sent an order confirmation email which includes your overall design, logos, and colours. Rest assured, there are 2 sign-off points throughout production, that one of our Account Managers will send across before bulk production.

How is my design protected? Will it be used elsewhere?

All information relating to privacy, design ownership and general terms can be found in ourTerms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy. Please familiarise yourself with these resources before placing an order through the tool. Any questions can be directed to sales@cheetateamwear.com.au

How long will my DYO order take to arrive?

As we have a variety of different products on our DYO tool, the lead times vary. The below provides an indicative guide, exclusive of shipping to your postcode. Upon an order coming through our system from the DYO tool – one of our Account Managers will be in touch to give an estimated delivery date based on your shipping postcode.

Beanies/Scarves: ~4 weeks

Trucker Hats and Socks: ~5 weeks

Jackets and Hoodies: ~6 weeks

Polos/Tees/Singlets: ~4 weeks

Cheeta Print Products: ~2 weeks

Can I change my order details after ordering?

Whilst your order timeframe will flow a lot smoother if there are no changes post ordering through the DYO tool, changes can be made up until final approval is given the Test Print and Print File of the garment. If you need to make a change please send an email to sales@cheetateamwear.com.au with your order number/reference, with a description of the change, and we can help you through.

What do I do if I have a Shipping or Delivery issue?

Whilst we do our best to ensure smooth delivery of all orders, we deal with third party shipping companies, and situations out of our control can cause issues. If there is an issue with shipping of your order, send an email with your tracking number and the issue to warehouse@cheetateamwear.com.au and one our team members will investigate for you!
