Shipping and Returns
Cheeta Teamwear’s custom gymnastics and dance uniforms have varying manufacturing times depending on the product. Tracksuits are generally manufactured in ~6-8 weeks, whereas items like crop tops, polos and tees have a lead time of ~4-5 weeks for production. Check specific lead times for the products you are ordering with your account manager before finalising your order to ensure it meets your deadlines.
Your custom gymnastics and dance uniform order will be shipped using reputable carriers such as TNT, StarTrack, Border Express and Capital Transport. Shipping is charged at cost from our warehouse in Nunawading VIC to your postcode. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once the items have been shipped from our warehouse so that you can track the shipment. If your order is to be shipped with a same-day courier (you are located within ~40km of our Nunawading office), you will receive notification from us before it is booked in for collection. Located close to our warehouse? You can also opt to ‘click and collect’ your custom gymnastics or dance order from our warehouse free of charge.
As your gymnastics or dance uniform order is personalised to your club, we are unable to offer refunds. Should you have an issue with your order, please raise it with your dedicated account manager as soon as possible, and we will do what we can to rectify the situation and ensure your customer satisfaction.

What is the minimum order?
Our minimum orders vary between products. Below are some common gymnastics and dance products.
- Tracksuit Jackets: 10 units.
- Tracksuit Pants: 10 units.
- Training Tees: 10 units.
- Custom Crop Tops: 10 units.
- Custom Shorts: 10 units.
- Custom Hoodies: Depends on decoration method used with minimum orders ranging from 10 units to 25 units.
- Custom Beanies: 50 units.
- Custom Socks: 50 pairs.
All minimum orders are per design. Any changes to colours or logos are subject to additional minimum orders.
Any other product? Please enquire with us; we'll help you through the minimums and provide quotes.
Can I have custom names, numbers, and logos on my uniforms?
With our fully sublimated range, we can offer custom names, numbers, and unlimited logos on your designs at no additional cost.
How long will my custom gymnastics and dance uniforms take to make?
Different products have different lead times. Please see below for common gymnastics and dance products.
- Tracksuit Jacket and Pants: 6-8 weeks.
- Training Tees: 4-5 weeks.
- Crop Tops: 4-5 weeks.
- Shorts: 4-5 weeks.
- Hoodies: Depends on the hoodie style chosen. Made-to-order hoodies (cut and sew or sublimated) are 6-8 weeks, but locally decorated wholesaler stock is 2-3 weeks.
- Beanies: 4-5 weeks.
- Socks: 4-5 weeks.
Above listed lead times are for production, from the date of placing the final order. Additional time should be allowed for local shipping.
Are there any additional fees, such as setup or design fees, on your orders?
We are completely honest with our pricing approach. 90% of the time, the only things we will invoice you for are the cost of the garment and the shipping to get it to you. We do not have fees for setup or creating designs.
On a very small percentage of orders, we may be required to charge a vector logo conversion fee. This is only applicable if your logo has not been provided in high enough quality for us to be able to use for your product without redrawing. Most logos are only $15-30+GST to convert, and you receive all files for any future branding needs.

How do I care for my custom gymnastics and dance uniforms?
Take good care of your uniforms with these care tips!
- Avoid Velcro and friction as much as possible to extend the life of the garments.
- Wash inside out on a cold-water gentle cycle with mild detergent.
- Do not use bleach and avoid fabric softener when washing.
- Dry outside on a clothesline or inside on a clotheshorse.
- Avoid ironing, but if necessary – no steam, low setting and only on the inside of the garment with a towel between the iron and the uniform to protect the garment.
- Do you have some extra stinky uniforms that won't budge in a normal wash cycle? Add in a soak for at least an hour in cold water with some mild detergent.
