Shipping and Returns
Custom Bucket Hats take 5 weeks for production.
Your custom bucket hat order will be shipped using reputable carriers such as TNT, StarTrack, Border Express and Capital Transport. Shipping is charged at cost from our warehouse in Nunawading VIC to your postcode. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once the items have been shipped from our warehouse so that you can track the shipment. If your order is to be shipped with a same-day courier (you are located within ~40km of our Nunawading office), you will receive notification from us before it is booked in for collection. Are you local to the Nunawading, 3131 area? You can also opt to ‘click and collect’ your bucket hat order from our warehouse free of charge.
As your custom bucket hats are personalised to your brand, we are unable to offer refunds. Should you have an issue with your order, please raise it with your dedicated account manager as soon as possible, and we will do what we can to rectify the situation and ensure your customer satisfaction.

How many logos and colours can I have on my bucket hat?
Check out the catalogue here to see the available colours. Depending on your design, we may be able to use multiple colours on one hat. Our designers will make appropriate recommendations for logo placement when drawing up your design. We can add multiple logos to your personalised bucket hats for an extra charge.
How long will it take to make my custom bucket hats? When can I expect them to arrive?
Once you have approved the quote and the design we’ll get started on making your custom bucket hats right away. For popular bucket hats with less detail involved, production time is only 2 - 3 weeks. Production time for complex orders is 4-5 weeks. Once they’re posted, the delivery arrival time will depend on your location. Contact us to find out more about expected delivery times.
How much do bucket hats cost?
The cost for our custom embroidered bucket hats is dependent on the order size, style, logo placement, delivery address, and relevant customisations. Our catalogue has pricing up until 144 units. For larger orders once we have worked through your design and specifications, we will quote accordingly. All costs include set up and design, so there are no hidden fees. Delivery will be quoted separately depending on postcode.

What printing methods do you use for custom bucket hats?
We use sublimation, embroidery and printing methods for our quality bucket hats. If you are not sure which printing method to choose, speak with our team and they can help you understand the difference between printing options and decide which method is right for your design.
Do I have to have my logo printed on my promotional product?
Whether it’s sandwich bucket hats, wide-brimmed bucket hats, canvas bucket hats or a sublimated reversible bucket hat, once you’ve chosen your preferred template the design is completely up to you. Logo or no logo, the choice is yours.
