Shipping and Returns
Cheeta Teamwear’s custom school sport and leavers uniforms have varying manufacturing times depending on the product. Most school uniform products are decorated overseas with a lead time of 4-5 weeks. Check specific lead times for the products you are ordering with your account manager before finalising your order to ensure it meets your deadlines.
Your custom school merchandise will be shipped using reputable carriers such as TNT, StarTrack, Border Express and Capital Transport. Shipping is charged at cost from our warehouse in Nunawading VIC to your postcode. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once the items have been shipped from our warehouse so that you can track the shipment. If your order is to be shipped with a same-day courier (you are located within ~40km of our Nunawading office), you will receive notification from us before it is booked in for collection. Located close to our warehouse? You can also opt to ‘click and collect’ your custom school sport and leavers uniform order from our warehouse free of charge.
As your custom school uniform order is personalised to your company, we are unable to offer refunds. Should you have an issue with your order, please raise it with your dedicated account manager as soon as possible, and we will do what we can to rectify the situation and ensure your customer satisfaction.

I Can’t See Our School Colours In Your Catalogue. Do You Offer More Colour Options?
The materials we use for uniforms come in a range of colours, however, we understand not all school colours can be found on our colour chart. In this case, we offer colour matching options, free of charge, to ensure the correct colours are used in the design and manufacturing of your school uniform and apparel order. Contact us for further information.
What is the expected delivery time of my order?
Production times vary across products and may be subject to change. We will always do our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Cheeta values upfront and honest communication, so if lead times change, we'll notify you immediately.
Items such as beanies, singlets, tees, and socks typically have a lead time of around 5 weeks. Items such as custom rugby jumpers and leavers typically have a lead time of around 6-8 weeks.
I have a design in mind. Can you alter your designs to suit my idea?
Our team encourages creativity and if you have a school uniforms design in mind, or want to alter one of our uniform designs, we would love to hear about it. Get in touch, share your plan or idea with us and we’re positive we can help you see your idea come to life.
Are there any additional fees, such as setup or design fees, on your orders?
We are completely honest with our pricing approach. 90% of the time, the only things we will invoice you for are the cost of the garment and the shipping to get it to you. We do not have fees for setup or creating designs.
On a very small percentage of orders, we may be required to charge a vector logo conversion fee. This is only applicable if your logo has not been provided in high enough quality for us to be able to use for your product without redrawing. Most logos are only $15-30+GST to convert, and you receive all files for any future branding needs.

You will find our main office in Victoria and as much as we love Australia, seeing our uniforms travel off-shore is extremely exciting.
