To use the fundraising calculator, simply:

Ready To Order Your Fundraising Merchandise?

Once you have used the fundraising tool and are looking to make a purchase, you have two options. You can either get started in making your own designs via our Design Your Own tool, or you can submit an enquiry via a form submission. When using the Design Your Own tool, you can come up with your design, add your logo and submit the design for production by providing payment. Before production, a member of our team will check over the order and ensure it all looks perfect before sending the order to our factory. Please note that when placing an order via the DYO tool, full payment must be made before production.

When submitting a form submission, provide as much detail around design, timeframes and requirements as possible. One of our friendly, expert account managers will reply within 1 business day to guide you through the design process and discuss the best options for your requirements. Once designs are finalised, we will invoice and place the order for production.

During the production process, you will receive sign-off points where you can ensure that the product meets your expectations.

How Much Should You Charge for Fundraising Merchandise?

How much you should charge for fundraising merchandise depends largely on the product, and your intended profit margin. You have to keep in mind what you would expect other people would be willing to pay for the item. We would recommend charging  $25-35 for beanies, $25-35 for scarves, $15-20 for socks, $40-50 for t-shirts, and $30-40 for trucker caps.

How Much Money Can You Make?

How much money you can make with merchandise as a fundraiser
depends on a few things. The quantity being ordered and the price you choose to charge for the items are the main two. Adjusting these two sliders on the fundraising calculator will allow you to figure out how much money can be made
when fundraising with merchandise. As a business that has helped our clients fundraise over $1 million, we find that on average, a client makes a profit of over $600 on a minimum order of 50 beanies and this initiative has raised regularly raised over $5k when combined with a
fundraising goal.

What Custom Designs Can You Create?

The products listed on our fundraising calculator are also available on our Design Your Own tool. This will allow you to play around with colour and pattern combinations, add your logo and get a sense of the different design options we have available on the different products. If you’re not sure, or have a design outside of our DYO tool, do not stress! Our design team can create a free mock-up for you, which we can then adjust to find something you love!

Can I Order Less Than 50?

Cheeta Teamwear’s custom beanies, scarves, and socks have a
minimum order of 50 units. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide custom beanie, scarf, or sock orders below 50 units. For orders smaller than 50 units, we may be able to supply wholesale ‘out of the box’ options embroidered with your logo.

The same thing applies for custom bucket hats and trucker caps, with a minimum order of 60 units.

Can I Order Other Items That Aren’t Listed?

Of course, we love unique and creative fundraising ideas!
