Shipping and Return Info
Our custom netball dresses, singlets, tees, polos, shorts, and bibs are manufactured overseas and have a lead time of ~5 weeks. Once they are received in our warehouse, we will perform a quality control check, and dispatch your order out to you. We can ship your custom netball uniforms with a range of shipping providers Australia-wide. Ability to send to either business (preferred) or residential addresses. Pricing depends on order size and shipping post code.
Unfortunately, due to the netball uniforms being made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds. If you have an issue with any part of your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will find a solution for you.
FAQS
Are there any additional fees, such as setup or design fees, on your orders?
We are completely honest with our pricing approach. 90% of the time, the only things we will invoice you for are the cost of the garment and the shipping to get it to you. We do not have fees for setup or creating designs.
On a very small percentage of orders, we may be required to charge a vector logo conversion fee. This is only applicable if your logo has not been provided in high enough quality for us to be able to use for your product without redrawing. Most logos are only $15-30+GST to convert, and you receive all files for any future branding needs.
How long will my netball uniforms take to make?
We like to allow 5-6 weeks plus local shipping from the date of ordering for fully custom netball items such as netball dresses, singlets, tees and shorts.
Complete custom hoodies or jackets have a longer lead time of around 6-8 weeks from the date of order.
Can I have custom names, numbers, and logos on my uniforms?
With our fully sublimated range, we can offer custom names, numbers, and unlimited logos on your designs at no additional cost.
How do I care for my custom netball uniforms?
Take good care of your uniforms with these care tips!
- Use care when applying velcro bibs to the uniforms to extend the life of the garments.
- Wash inside out on a cold-water gentle cycle with mild detergent.
- Do not use bleach.
- Avoid fabric softener when washing.
- Dry outside on a clothesline or inside on a clotheshorse.
- Extra stinky uniforms that won't budge in a normal wash cycle? Add in a soak for at least an hour in cold water with some mild detergent.
