Design - Get all-over designs and complete design freedom with our sublimated polos – perfect for your business's unique style! They even include personalised names and numbers at no extra cost! Alternatively, our locally decorated polos offer classic customisation with your corporate colours and logos.
Colours - For fully custom, sublimated polos, colours and logos are only limited by space with no extra costs! For locally decorated or other custom overseas options, colours may be more limited or charged per colour, but we're always transparent about any additional costs.
Sizing - We offer a versatile range of polos perfect for businesses and workwear, ensuring everyone on your staff gets a great fit, whether they're in the corporate office or on the job site.
Lead time - Need them quickly for an event or new staff? Locally decorated custom polos offer a speedy 2-3 week turnaround. For fully custom-made overseas polos, it's 4-5 weeks. If you have a tight deadline, just call us!

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Custom Sublimated Polos take 4-5 weeks for production. Locally decorated polos can be turned around in 2-3 weeks.
Your custom polo order will be shipped using reputable carriers such as TNT, StarTrack, Border Express and Capital Transport. Shipping is charged at cost from our warehouse in Nunawading VIC to your postcode. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once the items have been shipped from our warehouse so that you can track the shipment. If your order is to be shipped with a same-day courier (you are located within ~40km of our Nunawading office), you will receive notification from us before it is booked in for collection. Are you local to the Nunawading, 3131 area? You can also opt to ‘click and collect’ your custom polo order from our warehouse free of charge.
As your order of custom polo is personalised to your brand, we are unable to offer refunds. Should you have an issue with your order, please raise it with your dedicated account manager as soon as possible, and we will do what we can to rectify the situation and ensure your customer satisfaction.

Is there a minimum order size for custom polo shirts for businesses?
Different decoration methods require different minimum orders:
- Embroidery: 10 units per logo
- Screen Print: 25 units per logo
- Sublimation: 10 units per design
Can I make changes to my design?
You can make as many adjustments as required. We have a design team ready to help piece together the perfect design at no additional cost
